  • Acquired the site on behalf of a developer. Prime location in the city centre. Planning consent achieved for 162 units in a 26-storey tower
  • Advised on site acquisition, funding, redesign and pre-sales (to overseas investor)

Kent Street Baths BIRMINGHAM

  • Advised the developer on the funding of the site in central Birmingham
  • Forward sale agreed to a Hong Kong based investor

Holloway Head BIRMINGHAM

  • 484 Units
  • Prime site owned by client near The Mailbox in the City Centre
  • Advised client on redesign of scheme (to BTR) and currently agreeing the forward funding of the scheme

Woolwich Keep WOOLWICH

  • 296 units
  • Advised client on the acquisition of an unconditional site, specialist BTR design and optimal tenure mix
  • Planning application submitted Q4 2018 to include 143 BTR units

Cheshire Junction WARRINGTON

  • 362 units
  • Advising client on a site adjacent to Warrington Central Station. Planning consent achieved for 362 BTR units plus commercial and a 780 space car park
  • Forward funding agreement close to completion with overseas institution

  • Advised the client on funding both BTR and build to sell elements of the scheme
